Operation of scheduled routes

We operate our PostBus routes together with autonomous companies and private PostBus operators on behalf of the Confederation and cantons, based on the Railways Act.

School buses

On special school routes, we drive schoolchildren safely to school and home again on behalf of the municipalities.

Night buses

For night owls, the PostBus also runs late at night on selected routes at weekends.

Passenger transport partner for all types of event

We can organize transfers to all kinds of events and drive the guests safely home again.

Rail replacement buses

We undertake rail replacement journeys during off-peak hours. In the case of unforeseen service interruptions, we can also help quickly and reliably.

Park and Ride services

We undertake the planning and implementation of Park and Ride services and transfers to major events.

Bicycle transport

From mid-May to October we are offering bicycle transport with rear-mounted racks on the following routes:

  • 40.012 Solothurn-Günsberg-Oberbalmberg
  • 50.136 Aarau-Benkerjoch-Frick

Travelling with a wheelchair

With few exceptions, travel on the PostBus routes in northern Switzerland is possible for disabled people using a wheelchair. Please note the information provided in the individual fields of the timetable or call 058 667 13 60 to inquire.
